Our company adopts a multi-phase approach to mining operations, starting with thorough site assessment and selection through geological surveys and studies. We prioritize infrastructure development while minimizing environmental, followed by modern extraction and processing techniques focused on efficiency and sustainability. Finally we conduct rehabilitation efforts to restore land post-mining, ensuring minimal environmental impact. Currently, our average daily gold production ranges from approximately 3-9 grams per site, with an estimated total potential daily of 30-50 grams across all, operating at about 60% of our peak capacity.

JH3 Mining will introduce the ‘Gold is Gold Program’ in 2026 in efforts to broaden business development  outreach and diversified solutions to enable job creation in Sierra Leonne. The operation will allow designated stakeholders and production sponsors an opportunity to acquire certified precious metals and minerals without the hassle of managing operations and logistics of materials and collections presented to refineries, research incubators, or international traders.
